What is Reiki?

Experience this beautiful natural healing technique known as Reiki. Rei" means Universal and "Ki" means "Life force energy".

So feel as the Reiki increases your flow of "life energy" / "life force" as you slip into deep relaxation.

Then at the end of the session, experience a greater sense of well being and rejuvenation.

The reason for the feeling of well being is that the Reiki energy clears energetic blocks in your body.  Therefore, as the energy flows through, the blocks are dispersed, leaving you with a feeling of release and relaxation.

Now the great thing is that Reiki can be performed "hands on" or off the body. It's a very simple technique and is purely a healing energy transmitted from one person to another. It's also safe and natural to experience.

So enjoy this relaxing and powerful session as you lay on the therapy bed.  Then during the Reiki session, it's up to you if you want to talk and give me feedback on what you are experiencing. Alternatively, you can simply rest, let go and drift off into a state of deep relaxation.

Afterwards, at the end of the session, experience a greater sense of awareness and heightened level of well being.  This Reiki session is a fantastic session for stress relief and release of tensions you have picked up during the day.
